1. We act as an intermediary marketplace for the resale of theatre tickets across Europe.

2. Prices may be above or below face value and include service fees where applicable.

3. Orders are confirmed by email; tickets are delivered electronically before the event.

4. If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, the order is refunded in full.

5. By placing an order you accept these terms in full.
